Refund policy

We accept returns on all items purchased via our website within 14 days of receipt.

Return requests are approved within 48 hours.

Please note your return will be rejected if submitted after 14 days of receipt.

All tags must be attached. If a tag has been tampered with or removed your item may be rejected and returned back to you. You could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items.

Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes orders where free shipping or discounted delivery has been applied. In the event of a return, cancellation, or refund, only the cost of the products will be refunded, and any associated shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service.

You will be notified via email once your return has been approved and will be sent our returns address.
